Previously the home of US Airways call center, the building went through a facelift that leverages the large parking lot to attract large office users.

The Platemill

The Platemill is a ground-up flex development adjacent to The Waterfront in Munhall, PA. The state-of-the-art development calls for 140,000 total SF and is adaptable to a wide variety of office, industrial and flex tenants. The project features abundant free parking and is located only minutes from the CBD, Oakland (Pittsburgh’s university district), and Pittsburgh’s east-end neighborhoods.

West Pittsburgh Business Park

Originally home to a motion picture laboratory, the building has been repurposed into a functional flex space with an attractive location for many users.

This 67,000 SF building was converted from a 1970 manufacturing facility into a Class A office building. The building is completely leased to Rue21 as their corporate headquarters. 2007 NAIOP Renovation Award Winner

This adaptive resuse converted a 1950s headquarters to a mixed-used center featuring office flex users, retail, gas, and self-storage.

Sharpsburg Business Park

A prime example of Sampson Morris Group’s ability to see the maximum potential in a space. The large building was split into two buildings, this increased parking and truck access. This site is an attractive location for lab, office, and flex space users.

801 Presque Isle Drive

This 33,000 SF building was the former Holiday Park Bowling Alley. The challenging conversion to a Class A office was completed in 2008.
