Mike Murphy is an accomplished property manager with 25 years of real estate experience. Since joining Sampson-Morris Group in 2006, he has contributed across development, construction, marketing, and technology, and currently oversees a diverse commercial portfolio spanning office, industrial, retail, and self-storage assets. He manages day-to-day operations, capital improvements, maintenance contracts, tenant relations, and lease renewals. Outside the office, Mike is an active church volunteer, serving as an Audio Engineer for live events and conferences. He enjoys spending time with his family, attending concerts, and fly fishing.
