Brendan is an Asset Manager at Sampson Morris Group, where he supports leasing, commercial and residential development, acquisitions, and financing/lender relationships.
A Pittsburgh native and graduate of The Citadel, Brendan began his career in residential homebuilding with Axon Homes in Charleston, SC, and later gained experience in mortgage banking with Bellwether Enterprise in Pittsburgh. He also holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate License and is actively involved in professional organizations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Outside of work, Brendan enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
