Zach is a Monroeville native and a 2023 graduate of Slippery Rock University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting. Prior to joining Sampson Morris Group in January, Zach spent two and a half years with Marmon/Keystone LLC, a pipe and steel manufacturer and distributor in Butler, Pennsylvania. During his time there, he advanced from Accounting Intern to Billing Assistant and later to Staff Accountant, building a strong foundation in financial reporting, reconciliations, and corporate accounting operations.
As an Accountant at Sampson Morris Group, Zach supports the accounting team through tax return preparation, general ledger and trial balance reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and account reviews to ensure accurate financial records and reporting. He is known for his attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills.
Outside of the office, Zach enjoys playing hockey, watching sports, staying active through exercise, and spending time outdoors.
