Tom joined Sampson Morris Group in 2025 and serves as a Real Estate Manager, with a focus on leasing, asset management, and comprehensive analysis of both commercial and residential portfolios. He works to drive occupancy, optimize operating performance, and strategically position assets to maximize long-term value across the portfolio.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Outside the office, he is an avid golfer with two hole-in-ones and enjoys staying active through fly fishing, skiing, and other outdoor pursuits.
