  • 800 Commonwealth Drive

    This 67,000 SF building was converted from a 1970 manufacturing facility into a Class A office building. The building is completely leased to Rue21 as their corporate headquarters. 2007 NAIOP Renovation Award Winner

  • 5400 Campbells Run Road

    This 130,000 SF building underwent major renovations, turning it from the former Calgon Carbon Headquarters, built in the 1950s, into the Verizon Mega Center. AIA Pittsburgh 2004 Award Winner

    The 29,200 SF unique crescent building completed in 2009 was designed to maintain access to a large parking lot while hugging the topography of the site to allow for flexible uses.

  • Monroeville Business Park

    This park located off of 376 and the PA Turnpike is home to Sampson Morris Group’s Headquarters and represents SMG’s ability to leverage a site to allow for a diverse and flexible set of tenants and spaces.

  • West Pittsburgh Business Park

    Originally home to a motion picture laboratory, the building has been repurposed into functional flex space with an attractive location for many users. There is currently room to build.

  • 801 Presque Isle Drive

    This 33,000 SF building was the former Holiday Park Bowling Alley. The challenging conversion to a Class A office was completed in 2008 and it is now home to Phillips/Respironics.

  • Sharpsburg Business Park

    A prime example of Sampson Morris Group’s ability to see the maximum potential in a space. This lot was originally home to the International Paper Factory; the large building had the center removed and was split into two buildings with parking in the middle. This enabled increased parking and truck access turning the site into an attractive location for lab, office, and flex space users.

    This site is Sampson Morris Group’s second largest park in Robinson Township.
